The Story of ShalaDesk ERP
ShalaDesk began as a localized student registration and directory tool for schools in Singrauli, helping automate the first step: knowing who your students are.
We added digital attendance marking with automated parent SMS alerts — solving the #1 communication gap between schools and parents in rural MP.
Fee invoicing, exam grade bands, report card generation, and teacher payroll were added based on direct requests from school administrators and accounts teams.
Today ShalaDesk is a complete cloud-enabled ERP with Admin, Teacher, and Student portals, 10+ modules, 5 analytical reports, and an integrated SMS wallet — all from one login.
